Communications Request Form

FAQ:
How do I get my event/request announced on a Sunday morning video?
Best practice shows that unless it’s an abnormal situation, if the event, ministry, serving opportunity or message does not impact 80% of your audience, then it should not be given dedicated stage time. However, we do our best to communicate holistically and give everyone a chance when possible. Studies show that personal invitation (word of mouth, text message, email) are a lot more effective in communicating with the masses.
How do I get my event/request added to the weekly email newsletter?
We like to keep our emails as fresh, short and different as possible, otherwise readers will tune out. In general, we like have upcoming events/signups etc in the email 3-4 weeks prior to the stated event. In some instances - holiday event, church tradition (ex: Fall Kickoff), discipleship step. . .it may be sooner.
How do I get my event/request added to Trinity Church social media?
Social Media is used to help facilitate the narrative of who God is, who we are, what we are about and help followers come along with us to become followers of Christ. Although it can be an easy rhythm to fall into, our social media platforms are NOT announcement online bulletin boards. Posts are best utilized once early on and then short bursts of reminders closer to stated event. If it is a part of the life and growth of our church, we try our best to get it featured on social media at least once or twice throughout the year.
Please submit this Request Form as soon as you know pertaining information. Must be submitted NO LATER than 4 weeks before event takes place. This gives you 4 Sundays for signups, announcements, online space etc.
